Zita’s Healthy Beginnings Podcasts

The world of Women (WOW) podcast is provided by Zita’s Healthy Beginnings, a nonprofit organization that works to reduce maternal and infant mortality in Western Pennsylvania, the USA, and Africa, Nigeria.

This live podcast provides a comfortable platform for our audience, especially women, to interact with each other. Women are the pillars of families, the community, and the nation.

They embrace numerous responsibilities, and single mothers run 70% of American families.

We must raise awareness of this critical function and applaud women for who they are.

We also invite and encourage men to share their perspectives.

We invite individuals to the podcast as guest speakers on different topics such as health, finances, alternative healing modalities, advocacy, farming, cosmetology, Spirituality, Justice and Peace issues, Child care, Fashion design, Recreation, Fitness, Traveling, and Holistic healing.

ZHB holds World of Women podcast live on the first Tuesday every month at 8:00pm Eastern Standard Time to educate and support women.

You can schedule a one-on-one meeting. You can also send an email to: zitahealthy@gmail.com or make a telephone call to 412-926-6662

We look forward to having you join us at our podcast.

May 9, 2024 – Sr. Zita Iwuoha from Zita Healthy Beginnings traveled to Africa and had its 8th annual free medical clinic in Umuawuchi, Africa.

Planning for this event started about four months ahead with the board members holding a series of meetings and taking a few steps to secure adequate fundings for the trip.

We have been doing this medical mission trip annually, and each visit we go we bring a lot of medications, medical supplies and some eyeglasses, clothing, and cloth diapers for children.

February 6, 2024, 2024 – World of Women and Zita interviews Dr. Samson Sule, a Obstetrics and Gynecologist.

He’s written a book on “Why Nigerian Women Die Through Pregnancy”

In Nigeria we are dealing with transportation to the hospital at the time of birth on time to protect the mother and baby.

The fact that a woman dies during pregnancy it doesn’t really matter if the pregnancy is 10 so long as a clinical pregnancy has been confirmed and this debt can be related to or linked to complications that have reason from the management of that pregnancy okay and not from accidental.
